What you get

See the road again.

Weathered plastic headlight lenses can become yellow or cloudy on the outside. Restoration refines suitable surfaces in stages and adds the agreed protection, with cracks, internal moisture and other lamp faults assessed separately.

Reduce surface haze

Refinishing suitable outer lenses reduces cloudiness that can scatter the light passing through them.

Protect the result

A suitable protective finish follows polishing. Ask which product is included and how to care for it.

Assess before replacing

For surface oxidation, restoration may be an alternative to a new assembly. Damage inside the lamp needs its own diagnosis.

Find your fit

Find out what is clouding the lens.

External surface haze, moisture inside the lamp and damaged optics need different solutions. A lens inspection makes sure restoration is the right place to start.

Surface haze and yellowing

Cloudiness on the outside of a plastic lens can be assessed for refinishing. The depth and condition of the surface determine what is achievable.

A matched pair

If one lamp looks newer than the other, have both inspected. Their different age or condition may affect how closely the finish can be matched.

Share a front-on photo of both headlights.

Protection after polishing

Discuss a suitable protective finish after restoration. The product, application and care instructions matter as much as the polishing stage.

Confirm the protection included in the quote.

From the first look to the finish

Know what happens next.

The right result starts with a clear brief. Here is what to discuss before the work, and what to know when it is finished.

01

Check both lamps

Identify external oxidation, cracks, internal moisture or other faults before agreeing to restore the lenses.

02

Refine the surface

Prepare and refine suitable lenses in stages, with adjacent paint and trim protected during the work.

03

Protect the finish

Apply the agreed protection and explain its curing and cleaning requirements before collection.

A few things worth knowing.

Will restoration fix condensation inside a headlight?

Exterior polishing does not repair seals or remove an internal fault. Moisture inside the assembly needs its own diagnosis.

Does it include new bulbs or beam adjustment?

Lens restoration concerns the outer surface. Bulbs, wiring, alignment and internal components are separate items to discuss if the light still seems poor.

How long will the clear finish last?

That depends on the lens condition, protective finish, exposure and care. Ask what protection is included and follow its maintenance guidance.
